Who we are
Tsatsi Financial Consultants Inc. was established and founded by Mr Gomotsegang Richard Tsatsimpe (CEO). The company is under the administration of the highly competent CEO who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, completed 3 year SAICA articles with the Office of the Auditor-General South Africa, with forensic audit, local government and national and provincial financial analyst/advisory experience (overall 10 years’ auditing, compliance and accounting experience).

Mr GR Tsatsimpe is an affiliate with SAICA as an Associate General Accountant (SA), ICBA affiliate as a Certified Financial Accountant and a Tax Practitioner recognized by SARS. Areas of expertise under the belt of the CEO are; preparation of annual financial statements for government institutions and private companies, financial reporting frameworks training, tax related services, MFMA; PFMA; National Treasury regulations, circulars and instructions; GRAP; IFRS; IPSAS; and other related directives.
